As the cold dark nights draw in we are planning our winter events. We have a quiz at 7:30pm on the 11th November with a change of venue – the Lymm Cruising Club.
Also in November we will be collecting tins in out annual tinning appeal in which we collect non-perishable & tinned goods for distribution amongst those in need in Lymm. We will be putting leaflets through your doors in the week prior to our collection, but if you do not receive one, there will be boxes in the Co-op stores on Heatley Mere & Cherry Lane where you can make donations.
Into December and we will be selling mulled wine (with free mince pie while stocks last) on Dickensian day – let’s hope for a clear, crisp, dry day with a good turnout in the village.
As a group, 4Lymm raises money for local good causes, and we aim to distribute 100% of all money raised. If you would like to get involved, or even just come along to see what we do, we meet at 7:30 on the second Monday of most months in the Bridgewater Club. Please call Shirley on & Keith on 01925 756378 to check dates or where we are next gathering. We also have a website – http://www.4lymm.org.uk
